When we visit Cucuta, like staying here. This hip new hotel offers a lot of big size rooms. The staff is VERY AMIABLE, amazingly attentive. The location it offers is stunning, right by the " Ventura Plaza " shopping mall and the centre and common areas. You can relax at Restaurante Bar Caba, located nearby.

The room is too small.

It had particularly good and stunning location next to a Catholic cathedral.

We had a great experience here. The location is perfect, as it's close to the "Ventura Plaza" shopping mall where we had a lovely dinner and a walk. Also, the service room is fantastic, with housekeeping, grocery shopping service, and laundry. The shuttle service is convenient, and we got a welcome drink when we arrived. The room amenities are modern, with air conditioning, ironing facilities, and an in-room safe. Plus, the staff was fantastic, always helping us with tours/ticket assistance and making our stay enjoyable.
